Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Elliot Mission Control platform operated by Emergent Insurance Solutions ("Emergent"). By accessing Mission Control, you agree to these terms.

1. Authorized Use

Mission Control is an internal business tool. Access is restricted to authorized Emergent Insurance Solutions staff. You may not share your login link, credentials, or session with any other person. Unauthorized access is prohibited.

2. Appropriate Use

You agree to use Mission Control only for legitimate Emergent business purposes, including reviewing, approving, amending, or rejecting insurance workflow drafts. You are responsible for actions taken under your account.

3. Accuracy of Actions

All approvals, amendments, and rejections executed through Mission Control may result in real correspondence being sent to carriers and insureds. Review all drafts carefully before taking action. Emergent is not liable for errors resulting from staff approval of incorrect drafts.

4. Confidentiality

Information accessible through Mission Control — including client data, policy details, carrier correspondence, and draft content — is confidential. Do not share, copy, or distribute this information outside of authorized Emergent business channels.

5. AI-Assisted Drafting

Drafts presented in Mission Control are generated by Elliot, an AI workflow assistant. All drafts require human review and explicit approval before any correspondence is sent. Elliot does not send communications without staff approval action.

6. System Availability

Mission Control is provided on a best-effort basis. Emergent does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible.

7. Modifications

Emergent reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of Mission Control after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
